Ok so this week has been a little crazy. We were gone all weekend and got back in late Sunday night. Of coarse that meant all day Monday was devoted to trying to get the house back in order! So I have kinda shammed out of planning this weeks menu. But this kinda works for us because I am trying to get some new “Go to” recipes to add to the list. So I headed over to 5 Dollar Dinner to see what she has on the menu for the week and then decided on what would work best for us.

Tuesday (10/4): Spaghetti

Wednesday (10/5): Slow Cooker Beef Roast with apples and pearled onions

Thursday (10/6): Mexican Bean Tostadas

Friday (10/7): Lighten Up Chicken Parmesan

Saturday (10/8): Leftovers

Sunday (10/9): Grilled Pork Chops with peaches and red onions

Monday (10/10): Spicy Pasta Puttanesca

Before we left Fayetteville I had schedules! I had days that I cleaned each room, did laundry, basically anything that I needed to manage our household. One of the most important things that I use to do was menu plan. Menu planning was really important for me to help keep me on budget and so that we didn’t have a lot of food go to waste. But since getting to our new home I just cant seem to get in a groove. So when I came across this post last week at Keeper Of The Home I thought it would help me get back into it. So here we go…Hopefully this will help me get back into the swing of things!

Breakfast: Cereal/Oatmeal

Dinner: Tacos with rice and beans
